Project Management Pilot

When I first began working at Picnic, there was no single source of knowledge for the status of ongoing projects. This proved difficult, considering we needed to collaborate between data analysts, copywriters, designers, and developers. To smoothen this process, I piloted a project management process in Notion and defined specific project phases to better facilitate hand-off between teams. However, this only served as a first version, as we moved to iterate further on this concept in the future.

I implemented epics to help organise long, ongoing projects that consisted of multiple tasks so we could keep them pinned in a specific location to refer back to when needed.

Filters were implemented to help individuals customise their Notion board that catered to their unique needs.

A kanban board was implemented as well so that we could move tasks to their appropriate status during standup meetings.
