Make a Statement Campaign
The “Make a Statement” campaign is focused on encouraging young people in Nebraska to attend higher-education within the state. A large focus was on encouraging first-generation students to attend by showcasing the fact that the Nebraska State College System (NSCS) is an affordable education that offers a wide variety of learning experiences through hands-on training. During this project I worked closely with the Director of Strategic Initiatives and Communications at the NSCS, and art director, Scott Claypool, at UNANIMOUS.
Using the marketing strategy from both UNANIMOUS and the NSCS, I was tasked with designing materials appropriate for the four call-to-actions within the campaign.
From here, I worked with the art director at UNANIMOUS to design four print & digital brochures to emphasize these quadrants. I helped choose appropriate photography from a library provided to us by the universities, created a library of icons (stock and custom) to reflect the main call-to-actions within each initiative, and chose student testimonials that also accurately reflected each initiative
